These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website honda350customs.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from GB Custom Parts Oy (Y-tunnus 3604203-4, registered address: Ylätjoentie 7, 50770 Korpikoski, Finland) (“we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. General Information

  • We sell custom motorcycle parts and accessories designed to enhance the appearance of motorcycles worldwide.
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or change products without notice.
  • Prices are shown in EUR and include Finnish VAT (25.5%) for customers in the EU where applicable. For non-EU customers, prices are shown excluding VAT, and local taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply upon import.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

  • By placing an order on the Site, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email and accept payment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.
  • All orders are subject to full payment before shipment unless otherwise agreed.

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, strikes, lock-outs, labor disputes, epidemics, pandemics, governmental restrictions, natural disasters, fire, flood, or shortages of materials or transportation (“Force Majeure”).

In the event of Force Majeure, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and will use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as the event ends. If the Force Majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may cancel the affected order without further liability.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • For consumers in the EU, you may also have rights under your local law. Disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Helsinki, Finland, or, for EU consumers, in your place of residence if required by law.
  • Before legal action, we encourage you to contact our customer service for amicable resolution.

8. Other Provisions

  • If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and purchases.
